Dysport (Ipsen/Galderma, France) is AbobotulinumtoxinA with smaller protein complex than Botox, resulting in wider diffusion from injection site. Effective for broader wrinkle areas. Faster onset—many patients see results within 3 days.
Long European history, EMA-approved. Ideal for large wrinkle areas or multiple simultaneous sites.
작용 기전
AbobotulinumtoxinA has same SNAP-25 cleavage mechanism as OnabotulinumtoxinA but different protein complex. Ona is 150kDa complex while Abo is non-complexed or smaller complex. Results in wider diffusion post-injection and broader effect on adjacent muscles. Faster onset possibly due to smaller molecular size.

위험 및 부작용
Injection pain/swelling/bruising. Wider diffusion carries slightly higher risk of unintended muscle weakness (eye/lip droop). Important to avoid overdosing. Possible antibody formation.
