Dental Pulp Stem Cell Therapy
Stem cells from dental pulp | Neurotrophic and growth factors
이 치료에 대해
DPSC therapy uses stem cells harvested from dental pulp during tooth extraction—enables high self-renewal capacity and secretes multiple bioactive substances. Particularly rich in bFGF, TGF-β, NGF, PDGF, BMPs at high concentrations.
These factors strongly promote fibroblast activation and collagen production. NGF and similar neurotrophic factors also promote nerve regeneration, improving sensory function in age-compromised skin. Uses own tooth, eliminating rejection risk and ethical concerns.
작용 기전
DPSC-secreted factors (bFGF, TGF-β, NGF, PDGF) act on dermal fibroblasts, activating growth factor receptors via Smad and MAPK pathways to promote collagen synthesis. NGF activates TrkA receptors, promoting nerve growth and functional recovery. Also acts as neovascularization promoter, improving skin blood flow.
적응증
기대 효과
Post-DPSC administration, fibroblast activity significantly increases. Collagen synthesis rises at 3-6 months, restoring firmness and elasticity. Sensory skin improvement via neurotrophic factors also reported.

위험 및 부작용
Extraction risk (tooth loss). Post-extraction pulp chamber infection. Culture contamination risk. Post-injection hypersensitivity rare but standard stem cell therapy risks apply.
