Injectable deoxycholic acid disrupts adipocyte membranes and is approved as Kybella/Belkyra for submental fat in several regions. It has stronger regulatory evidence than many generic fat-dissolving cocktails.
It is for pinchable submental fat, not laxity-dominant contour issues.
작용 기전
Deoxycholic acid emulsifies adipocyte membranes; inflammatory clearance by macrophages removes lipid, sometimes with mild fibrosis/tightening.

기대 효과
Submental volume and contour are assessed after 2-4 sessions. Swelling can be substantial and changes emerge over weeks.

위험 및 부작용
Swelling, pain, induration, bruising, numbness, marginal mandibular nerve paresis, dysphagia and skin necrosis may occur.
