BM-MSC therapy harvests bone marrow from patient's iliac bone (pelvic bone), isolates and cultures stem cells, then injects into skin. BM-MSCs possess strong paracrine signaling, stimulating dermal fibroblasts and promoting collagen production.
Reports indicate BM-MSCs provide UV photoaging protection, offering extracellular matrix preservation and repair. Bone marrow harvesting requires medical expertise, but obtained stem cells are high-quality with strong multipotency.
