BBL HEROic is a high-speed broadband light platform for pigmentation, redness, telangiectasia, photodamage and overall clarity over face and large body areas.
As with IPL/BBL, melasma and tanned skin require caution and filter/fluence selection.
작용 기전
Filtered broadband light induces photothermal effects in melanin and oxyhemoglobin, allowing pigment, vascular and texture treatment in multi-pass protocols.
적응증

기대 효과
Three to five sessions are assessed for pigment lightening, redness reduction and brightness. Maintenance may be performed 2-4 times yearly.

위험 및 부작용
Erythema, swelling, microcrusting, burns, PIH and melasma worsening may occur. Avoid tanning and enforce photoprotection.
