AVVIO by Lutronic is an advanced 805nm diode laser hair removal system. Based on selective photothermolysis, it targets melanin-containing hair follicles for permanent reduction. 30-45ms long pulses deliver sufficient heat to hair bulb while epidermal cooling ensures safety. Suitable for all body/facial hair and skin types.
작용 기전
The 805nm diode laser has high melanin absorption, selectively targeting follicular melanin. 30-45ms pulse width allows heat diffusion from bulb to dermal papilla, selectively destroying anagen follicles. Epidermal cooling prevents surface burns. Multiple treatments progressively destroy anagen follicles for permanent hair reduction.

기대 효과
Significant hair reduction after 3 sessions. 80-90% permanent reduction in 5-8 sessions. Only sparse regrowth at 1-year follow-up.
임상 근거
위험 및 부작용
Transient erythema/mild edema (hours to 1 day). Rare burns, pigmentation changes. Caution on tanned skin.
