Avéli is a minimally invasive procedure that identifies and mechanically releases fibrous septa causing cellulite dimples in the buttocks and thighs under local anesthesia. It treats tethering bands directly rather than using thermal or fat-reduction mechanisms.

The device targets and releases subdermal septa. It is best suited for clear dimple-type cellulite with reasonable skin elasticity.
