ADSC therapy harvests fat from abdomen or thigh, isolates and cultures stem cells, then injects into skin. ADSCs secrete EGF, FGF, VEGF, IGF-1, TGF-β1, stimulating fibroblasts.

ADSC-secreted factors (EGF, FGF, VEGF, IGF-1, TGF-β1) bind fibroblast receptors, activating Ras/MAPK and PI3K/Akt pathways. Fibroblast proliferation and differentiation increase, boosting collagen synthesis. MMP-1 and MMP-9 expression decreases, inhibiting collagen degradation. VEGF promotes neovascularization, improving blood flow and nutrient delivery.
