Mechanism of Action

Risks & Side Effects
Marked redness, burning, dryness, peeling, contact dermatitis, reactive PIH, and rebound recurrence can occur. It is not ideal during pregnancy, with barrier disruption, active inflammatory dermatoses, or poor sun-control adherence. If combined with lasers, irritation thresholds must be judged carefully.
