How It Works
视黄醇在皮肤内代谢为视黄醛→全反式维A酸。维A酸与RAR結合激活：①促進角質形成细胞增殖分化，正常化更新周期 ②刺激真皮成纤维细胞TGF-β/Smad信号，上调I/III型胶原基因表达 ③抑制MMP，防止胶原降解。0.5%在OTC产品中效果与耐受性平衡良好。
How to Use
仅晚间使用（增加光敏感性）。潔面化妆水后薄涂2-3滴全脸。初期每周2次，2-4周逐渐增至每晚。翌晨务必使用SPF50+防晒。
Expected Results
4-6周肌理改善、粗糙感减少。8-12周细纹深度减少。持续6个月深層皱纹改善、弹性增加、整体年轻化。
